\n This is the island of dream and delight, situated at 38 km from the inside of Titicaca Lake, at an altitude of 3817 m.<\/p>\n

All the communities offer clean accommodation for a good stay, which goes with nature. Sanitary fittings are to be shared, and there are shower with hot water (solar shower).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Typical food<\/span><\/p>\n Travelers will eat typical dishes from the region in rural restaurants with views on Titicaca Lake, or in host families\u2019 kitchens.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Guide<\/span><\/p>\n ASTURS association offers to the travelers its guide services for the different tours and suggested activities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Access<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Access from Puno:<\/span><\/p>\n By boat:<\/span><\/p>\n From Puno port : the journey lasts around 3h and goes through Uros floating islands, but also the South of Chuchito peninsula and the North of Capachica.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n By boat and bus:<\/span><\/p>\n Take the tarred road between Puno and Juliaca, in North-East direction up to the 25th kilometer.<\/p>\n Here you will find the detour which goes to Chifr\u00f3n landing stage, at 37km.<\/p>\n From the detour in East direction, the journey by boat begins on board a boat up to Amantan\u00ed Island. \n This is the island of dream and delight, situated at 38 km from the inside of Titicaca Lake, at an altitude of 3817 m. Close to Capachica Peninsula and to Chucuito. Travelers will find two ceremonies centers called Pachatata<\/em> (Coanos) and Pachamama<\/em> (Llacastiti). They will also admire the panoramic view of the lake and a wonderful sunset if the sky is clear.<\/p>\n\n
